Premium Pro Plus ( PH7 ) Safe for Eyeliner

This pre-deadener was originally developed by pharmacist familiar with our industries and has been used successfully for decades. This recent revision has improved its speed and depth of anesthesia. This cream contains 1% Tetracaine and 5% lidocaine and with a pH of 7 and is safe for eyeliner. 

Warning: Avoid Direct contact with the eyeball. If contact should occur, irrigate with copious amounts of sterile saline, and contact an eye care physician.
